Individual Consultancy -  Garment Industry / Sector Specialist for Baseline Survey / Study in Garment Industry

Description of Assignment:

The baseline study will define the pre-project status of the indicators that will be used to assess achievement of the project objectives and evaluate the project impact. This study will conduct a detail profiling of garment industry in Punjab and Sindh. The study will benchmark the performance, productivity, capacity, employment and income levels and indicators of the garment industry. While doing so, the assignment will also develop various indicators to monitor and evaluate project performance and to establish benchmarks to enable the documentation of improvements introduced by PEPGI.

Duration of Assignment:               30 days spreading over 8 weeks
