Individual Consultancy-For KAP and Socio-economic Studies

Duties and Responsibilities: Pakistan GLOF Project is currently working on reducing risks and vulnerabilities from GLOF disasters in Northern Pakistan. The project is dealing with one of the many climate change induced disasters in Pakistan.

However, Pakistan is witnessed to different natural hazards facing multiple climate change induced calamities, and thus calls for a better preparedness in terms of Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation measures.

Pakistan GLOF Project seeks services of an Individual National Consultant for “Conducting pre-intervention surveys (KAP-Knowledge, Attitude and Practices), and Socio-economic Impact Assessment of the GLOF Prone Valleys of Booni and Golain in Chitral district of KP Province and the Sosot and Darkut in Ghizar district, Gilgit-Baltistan”.

Period of Assignment/Services:  Three months from signing of the contract (90 days).
