UNDP/RFQ/ECSP/69: Request for Quotation (RFQ) “Media Campaign – TV, Radio, Cinemas and Pre-recorded Voice Message”

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the “Media Campaign – TV, Radio, Cinemas and Pre-recorded Voice Message”. As detailed in Section 2 of this RFQ.  When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Section 3.

To assist in preparing the quotation, the following documents are attached:

  • “Statement of compliance with terms and conditions” (Section 1).
  • “Terms of Reference” (Section 2)
  • “Price Schedule Sheet” (Section 3)
  • “General Terms and Conditions for Purchase Orders

Submittals. The following should be submitted as part of any quotation:

  1. A duly completed copy of “Statement of compliance with terms and conditions” (Section 1)
  2. A duly completed copy of the Price Schedule (Section 3).
  3. Company Profile including business registration.
  4. List of at least 03 clients, to whom such services has been provided to.

Deadline. Quotations in sealed envelopes must be received at the latest by: 2nd January 2014 at 12:30 pm to Registry Unit, RFQ/Bids/Proposals, 2nd Floor, Serena Business Complex, Sector G 5, Khayaban-e-Suhrawardi, Islamabad.

Quotations submitted by email should be sent to: bids.pk@undp.org .

Important notes on email submissions: Please ensure that you have mentioned reference number in the subject line as stated in the solicitation document e.g [Ref. # UNDP/RFQ/ECSP/69]. Proposals/bids/quotations received without reference number in the subject line will not be entertained and will result in the rejection of your submission. UNDP will not assume the responsibility for the misplacement or premature opening of the proposals, when the instructions noted above are not properly followed.

Also note that our system will not accept emails those are more than 3.5 MB size. If required, segregate your emails to accommodate email data restrictions. For segregated emails please use sequence of emails like Email 1 of 3, Email 2 of 3 and so on in the subject line. For attachment purposes please only use MS Word, Excel, Power Point or PDF formats.

If you request additional information related to this RFQ, please write to ali.shah@undp.org the team will provide necessary information within due date. However, any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your quotation.  All/any query regarding the submission of the quotation may be sent prior to the deadline at the e-mail/address mentioned above.

Pakistan's One UN Programme (OP I) was signed on 4 February 2009 in the presence of the UN Secretary General and the Prime Minister of Pakistan. Initially for a two-year period from 2009 to 2010, OP I was extended until December 2012 by mutual agreement of the Government of Pakistan and the UN.
