Beenisch Tahir
Head of AccLab – Pakistan & Exploration Lead

Beenisch Tahir heads UNDP Innovation-AccLab Pakistan and leads the team. She provides strategic support to the team and UNDP Country Office (CO), to identify emerging trends and build partnerships to scale solutions developed by the AccLab team and CO units. Beenisch has been working in the humanitarian and development sector for 10 years in communications, ICT4D, innovation and partnerships. Ehsan Gul
Head of Experimentation, AccLab -
Pakistan

Ehsan Gul institutes rapid learning to emerging development challenges by designing and running portfolio of experiments in close coordination with CO unit teams, external partners, communities and AccLab team to identify strengthened innovation solutions. Ehsan is a social innovation strategist and an entrepreneur with a passion to maintain and further sustainability goals and innovative practices in businesses. Javeria Masood
Head of Solutions Mapping, AccLab - Pakistan

Javeria Masood conducts ethnographic praxis, and identifies gaps/ local innovative solutions to bridge with programme and policy design. She works closely with CO, AccLab team to run experiments bringing in local innovators from rural and urban communities. Javeria is a social development specialist and an expert in organizational transformation and systems engineering, with 9+ years of experience in the fields of planning, social innovation, academia, and design thinking.
